The terms governing your use of our website and services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of theunboredclub.com and your engagement with the services provided by Wander with Passion Private Limited (trading as The Unbored Club).
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry form, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

The Unbored Club provides two categories of service:
All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed proposal or booking confirmation and the required deposit.

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. It is an invitation for us to contact you and begin a consultation. No commitment or payment is required at this stage.
A booking is confirmed only when: (1) you have accepted the proposal in writing; and (2) we have received the required deposit payment (typically 25–50% of the total trip cost, as specified in your proposal).
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided (names as per passports, dates of birth, dietary and medical requirements) is accurate. We cannot be held liable for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your proposal and are valid for the period stated. Prices may change until a deposit is received.
International bank transfers may incur charges from your bank, these are your responsibility. GST may be applicable on services provided within India (GST No. 33AADCW8600J1ZB) and will be stated in your invoice.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to connect@theunboredclub.com.
90 or more days before travel: Full deposit refund, less any non-refundable third-party costs incurred.
60–89 days before travel: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable.
30–59 days before travel: 75% of total trip cost is non-refundable.
Fewer than 30 days before travel: 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable.
In circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, natural disaster, civil unrest), we will offer an alternative trip of comparable value, a credit for future travel, or a full refund of amounts paid to us, less any non-recoverable third-party costs.
Retreat bookings may be subject to additional cancellation terms specified in your individual retreat agreement, which shall prevail where they conflict with this general policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including a valid passport (at least 6 months' validity beyond your travel dates), appropriate visas, required vaccinations or health certificates, and travel insurance. We provide general guidance on requirements as a courtesy only, requirements change frequently and you must verify them with the relevant embassy or government authority. We accept no liability for loss arising from failure to hold required documentation.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering: trip cancellation and curtailment; medical emergencies and evacuation; loss or theft of luggage; personal liability; and delays and missed connections. We are not liable for any loss that adequate insurance would have covered.

We will use reasonable skill and care in designing and coordinating your experience, communicate clearly throughout, work with reputable vetted partners, provide emergency contact support during your trip, and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We act as a travel curator and coordinator. We do not own or operate hotels, airlines, transport vehicles, or activity venues, and are not directly responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers, except where we have been negligent in selecting them.

We reserve the right to terminate a trip arrangement without refund if your behaviour endangers others or is deemed inappropriate.

Your travel experience will involve services from independent third parties (hotels, transport, airlines, guides, activity operators) who operate under their own terms and conditions. While we carefully vet our partners, we cannot guarantee the actions or standards of third-party providers. Any complaints should be raised directly with them and reported to us promptly so we can assist in resolution.

All content on our website, including text, photography, graphics, logos, itinerary documents, and design, is the property of Wander with Passion Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. The name "The Unbored Club" and associated logos are trademarks of Wander with Passion Private Limited.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, transmit harmful content, or scrape data without written permission. We reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate these Terms. Our website is provided "as is", we are not liable for damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim; we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; and we are not liable for loss caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or your own acts or omissions.
Note for EU/EEA and UK residents: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory local consumer-protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
You may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected.
Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at connect@theunboredclub.com so that we may attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For bookings already confirmed, the Terms in force at the time of booking confirmation shall apply.
