We are based in India. If you are in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to India and other countries where our service providers operate. Right to delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. For bookings involving minors, a parent or guardian must provide consent and submit the relevant data.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure third-party processors operating under data-processing agreements. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach posing risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
